My current research interests include bone metastasis, cancer dormancy, and immune cell interactions within the tumor microenvironment. My project will focus on bone mineralization effects on myeloid-derived suppressor cell differentiation and breast cancer dormancy

I received my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah. During undergrad, my research focused on differentiating murine embryonic stem cells into megakaryocytes and creating platelets using microfluidic systems. Outside of the lab, I enjoy baking, watching movies, trying new restaurants, and playing with my cats.
