I am majoring in Biomedical Engineering as an undergraduate in the Class of 2025. I work with PhD candidate Nicole Sempertegui in the Fischbach Lab and we are investigating the role of bone mineral content in regulating mesenchymal stem cell phenotypic changes as an important topic in breast cancer bone metastasis. I am inspired by the potential of biomedical engineering in advancing medicine and would like to pursue graduate education and continue biomedical research, especially in cancer therapeutics. Outside of the lab, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, dancing, and traveling.
