I received my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rowan University. Most of my research experiences are from NSF Research Experiences for Undergraduates at Boston University where my projects focused on tissue engineering and biomaterials to model the molecular interactions within a tissue microenvironment. I am now pursuing a Ph.D. at Cornell University’s Meinig School of Biomedical Engineering

My project will utilize tissue engineering platforms to understand the interactions between adipocyte and endothelial cells in the perivascular niche and their role in regulating tumor cells during breast cancer bone metastasis. Outside the lab, I enjoy cooking, painting, watching hopeless romantic comedies, and just relaxing.
