My current interests include studying breast cancer bone metastasis and understanding the role of the microenvironment in cancer progression. I received my B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama. My research there focused on the fabrication of biomaterial scaffolds and their use as 3D cancer models. I’m now pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University. Outside the lab, I enjoy watching Netflix, drinking coffee and exploring new restaurants.
